KACF IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION OF PEOPLE WHO HELP ENDANGERED ANIMALS BY HELPING PEOPLE.
IT IS OUR CONSERVATION IMPERATIVE.

READ TO SAVE is a conservation initiative from the Katie Adamson Conservation Fund that empowers students, librarians, teachers, scouts, and community members to make a real impact—simply by reading.
In honor of Earth Day 2026, participants can gather sponsors who pledge donations for every book read between April 1 and April 22.
Funds raised will directly support global conservation efforts, including planting trees, equipping researchers with camera traps to study wildlife behavior, and providing tools like radio telemetry collars and dorsal fin tags to track animal movements and migrations.
Join us in protecting our planet and the incredible species we share it with—one book at a time.
